Pros:
TATEMS has helped our company keep track of our vehicle maintance. This system creates accountability for our mechanics. We are able to track all of our suppliers cost. In addition we can attach parts to specific pieces of equipment. I do like the fuel feature as well. This helps me to prepare my quarterly fuel reports. There are different reports that TATEMS automatically can generate which helps to make our company run smoother. In addition, I have found their customer servies to be awesome. I did have to re-install the program after our initally purchase. I found this process to be easy and the guys at TATEMS were extremely helpful.
Cons:
While I like the fuel feature, I wish I could add a line. Often times our drivers will forget to write their fuel down for the day. So at the end of the month I have to go in and make adjustments. This is way to time consuming. It would be much easier if I could add a line in between two entries, versus redoing the whole month to make one entry.

Pros:
We've had great success with the program so far and find it has made the transition from paper records to electronic very simple and the support is great. Any problems or questions we have are usually responded to within the hour.
Cons:
We've only run into two issues with the program at this point. One being that when a work order is deleted, it's gone completely from the system. It would be nice if it still appeared on the reports flagged as deleted, so there would not be any W/O numbers missing from the report. Secondly, it would be great if there was a function to automatically add a fixed rate to each W/O. We add half an hour to every W/O we make for clean up and management, so it would save us a little time if that was something we could have included everytime we generate a W/O.

Pros:
It has helped us to get our fleet organized. It was easy to get the vehicle history updated. The input fields are very easy to work with.
Cons:
I would like to be able to customize some of the fields to be more specifice to the type of services and maintenance that we regularly perform

Pros:
I have been using tatems a little more than a year and i have found it to be very helpful. There have been so many times that myself or my mechanics have ordered parts for equipment and needed some information and having tatems it only takes a second to pull up all information on all of our equipment. I can't tell you how much time tatems has saved me and time saved is money saved. Thanks for the help.

Pros:
TATEMS has helped me organize my records for the equipment I keep up with. No more messy paper work to keep up with. And it keeps the boss happy when I can print out reports for the boss to look over what I've done for the week.

Pros:
It has helped us keep up with all our Trucks and Trailers, Our Maintenance Records and Parts we use for our oil changes. I also like how we can put as many units and we need to in the system.

Pros:
The total TATEMS package has been a blessing. The capability to make work orders, bill and inventory control in one simple to use program has made my job of managing my shop a lot easier. It has allowed me to spend more time in the shop working with my techs and for that quality of work has improved. Software support has been second to none. Any concern I have had has been dealt with in less that 24 hours. I will recommend the program to anyone in any type of fleet management/service company.
Cons:
The billing page needs a few minor changes. It would be nice to see a SUB TOTAL also at the bottom of the page I have had to pre copy paper to add in our companies payment terms and legal information
